A few things to know.
What will our Wedding Wines cost?
Personalized cases are $264 for twelve bottles—$22 per bottle—plus shipping and applicable tax. Each case contains one wine variety. We’ll recommend quantities using your wedding details.
How does the $99 tasting credit work?
Purchase Pours Truly for $99 plus shipping, then use the code in your order confirmation for $99 off one order of three or more personalized wine cases within 90 days of your tasting-kit purchase. Redeem using the same email address you used to buy the kit, and enter the code at checkout before paying.
One tasting credit per customer. Use the entire credit in one order; it cannot be split across orders or combined with other discounts. Tasting kits and gift cards do not count toward the three-case minimum and are excluded from the discount. No cash value.
How does the Find Your Favorite Guarantee work?
Taste all five wines. If none feels right, email hello@weddingwines.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund 50% of the kit’s pretax purchase price actually paid. This total includes applicable sales-tax reimbursement; no additional tax refund is added. No bottles to return.
The guarantee applies to your first Pours Truly Tasting Kit, once per household. Refunds go to the original payment method. Receiving a guarantee refund cancels your unused tasting credit; the refund and tasting credit cannot both be redeemed. The guarantee applies only to the tasting kit.
Do we need to design a label from scratch?
No. Choose an editable template and personalize it for your wedding. You can also use your own artwork. Need help? Your personalized Wedding Wines order includes label design assistance as a bonus - a $49 value, at no additional charge. It includes one assisted design, two revision rounds, and a final proof.
When should we order?
Order Pours Truly early enough to taste the wines before choosing your wedding wines. For personalized wedding orders, custom wines generally ship within 1–2 weeks after your order and design are finalized. Please allow additional time for delivery. We recommend placing your personalized wine order at least 3–4 weeks before your event. Contact us before ordering if your event is sooner.
Where can you deliver?
We ship within California only, to you or an eligible receiving venue, planner, or caterer. An adult age 21 or older must be present with valid government-issued photo ID and sign for delivery; wine cannot be left unattended. Choose an address where an eligible adult will be available. Confirm that your venue allows outside wine and can receive the shipment.
