Yes. Because your order contains alcohol, someone age 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to show valid identification and sign for the package. The carrier cannot leave the shipment unattended.

Our wine labels are moisture-resistant, so we recommend chilling bottles in the refrigerator. Sparkling wine labels are fully waterproof and can be placed directly on ice. If using an ice chest, keep ice in sealed bags at the bottom and rest bottles on top, either standing or laying flat.

Due the customization of the product as well as California law, alcoholic products are unable to be returned. Because each label is personalized, all sales are final.

Custom orders generally ship within 1–2 weeks after your order and designs are finalized.
