Wedding Wines currently ships to addresses within California only.

Production & Processing
Our wines are customized and made to order. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.

Event-Date Orders
If your order is for an event, please select your event date when ordering. When an event date is provided, we may hold your completed wine and schedule shipment closer to your event. Our goal is to have event orders arrive approximately 2–3 weeks before the event date.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included on qualifying orders as shown at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include estimated production/fulfillment time plus carrier transit time. Carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control may affect actual delivery dates.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Adult Signature Required
All wine shipments require an adult age 21 or older to be present at delivery and provide valid identification. Wine cannot be left unattended or delivered without the required adult signature. California rules require wine shipments to be delivered only after the carrier obtains a signature from an individual age 21 or older.

Please plan delivery to an address where an adult 21+ will be available to receive the shipment.

Delivery Attempts & Returned Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring that an adult age 21 or older is available to accept delivery. If a shipment is returned because delivery could not be completed, please contact us so we can determine available reshipping options.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@weddingwines.com. Please retain the wine and shipping packaging, as photographs may be requested to help us resolve the issue.
